Dr. Collins provides pathology services for UPMC Williamsport, Muncy, Wellsboro, and Cole. He currently serves as the Laboratory Director for the UPMC Williamsport-Lock Haven Outpatient Emergency Department. He is also the Medical Director for Surgical Pathology at UPMC Williamsport.

General surgical pathology, laboratory administration, transfusion medicine, pathology informatics, and genitourinary pathology.
Certifications
Dr. Collins is board certified by the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. He is participating in the Continuing Certification Program.
