Research Interests

Dr. Bastacky's current research interests involve genitourinary and renal pathology. With respect to the former, he has done a number of histologic studies in prostate and urinary bladder cancer, and is currently involved in studies related to prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia and optimization of the prostate sextant biopsy. In the area of nephropathology, he is interested in glomerular diseases. He signs out consultation material in both areas.
