Research Interests

Dr. Davis’ research interests include physician and trainee well-being and burnout along with means of addressing these issues such as workflow improvement and strengthening mentorship and social connectivity. Dr. Davis also pursues further characterization of hematolymphoid neoplasms and has authored a book chapter and review articles. Lastly, Dr. Davis works in curriculum development and educational innovation.
